Before joining Konica Minolta, Hideyuki was engaged in the development of advanced semiconductor lithography masks. Since joining in 2008, he has worked on the development of piezoelectric thin films and the design of inkjet printhead actuators using microfabrication, and currently leads inkjet head development and production engineering as Senior Manager.
