Manuel began his career as an industrial clerk and earned a bachelor’s in business psychology. He joined CCL as a customer service representative, later moving into project management in 2021. After leading strategic and R&D projects, he became Plant Manager of CCL Design Nufringen in July 2025, overseeing all local operations.
