Dr Bernd Bienzeisler is a division director at the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering (IAO). Since 2019, he is heading the Research and Innovation Center for Cognitive Service Systems in Heilbronn. His research and consulting work focuses on the development and testing of data-based services and business models for various sectors and industries. Bernd Bienzeisler is a part-time lecturer in service management and a board member of the Wissensstadt Heilbronn e.V. association.
