Before joining Ricoh, Frederic worked 17 years in the field of piezoelectricity with proudest achievement in successfully developing a piezoelectric actuator as part of a novel insulin micro-fluidic MEMS pump. Joined Ricoh in 2018 and currently leads all aspects of technical customer support for new and existing customer projects.
